AIC researcher and PhD student Georgi Gabrielyan has obtained a job as an Agricultural Economist at the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service.  AMS Dairy Division. USDA AMS conducts projects and provides various services related to cotton, dairy, specialty crops, livestock and other agricultural products. At the economic branch of the AMS Dairy division, his day to day tasks include participating in economic modeling of the consequences of domestic and international policies that affect the U.S. Dairy industry participants. The policies include but are not limited to Federal Milk Marketing Orders. Marketing orders are of particular importance to growers and producers in California.Georgi is now based in Washington DC.
