Impacts of reductions in U.S. cotton subsidies on West African cotton producers

This study estimates the reductions in income to cotton farmer households in Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, and Mali if counter-cyclical payments, marketing loans, and direct payments programs were eliminated in the United States.
