Evaluations of policy alternatives to benefit agriculture in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta of California

This report, prepared for CDFA,  looks specifically at agriculture in the Delta itself and ask how its prospects might be improved.  The study examines the efficacy for the Delta of some of the kinds of proposals that have been made to stimulate agriculture and rural communities in other regions.
